This feel-good comedy/drama is the story of JON, a down-on-his-luck children’s book author who dies in a car crash, is brought back to life, and brings somebody else back from the other side with him – MARCUS. Marcus was supposed to be Jon’s guide to the afterlife, but instead, became a JUMPER – something not looked on too highly in Heaven.
Now, with THOMPSON and MOLLY, two celestial bounty hunters in hot pursuit, Marcus convinces Jon to take him to Las Vegas so Marcus can run a grift on a casino he used to scam all the time when he was alive. Marcus promises Jon that “Great rewards await…” Neither of them realizes just how great the rewards will actually be until the end of this funny, moving and life-affirming story.
